Visual & Performing Arts Program Coordinator
The Ensworth Visual and Performing Arts Program Coordinator will work under the supervision of the K-12 Arts Director to support Arts programming at Ensworth. This position provides administrative support with responsibilities that will coordinate a variety of aspects of the Visual and Performing Arts Program i.e. event calendar planning, overall event logistics, promotion, marketing, communications, catering, financial reporting, box office management, and artists/community relations to ensure quality programming and smooth-running events. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, responsible, personable, able to work independently and collaboratively, and will have a background and education in the visual and/or performing arts with previous experience in arts management, the service of events, entertainment productions, and preferably knowledge of the inner workings of an education institution.
