Physical Requirements
High Meadows School and Camp sits on 42 wooded acres in Roswell. The school is housed in several buildings spread across the two meadows on the property. We have an active barnyard on campus, serving as the home for ponies, sheep, bunnies, and chickens. Faculty and staff must be comfortable traveling between buildings in all types of weather, participating in outdoor activities on the meadows and in the forest, and intermingling with animals.
Success in This Role
The successful Events Manager is someone whose work often goes unnoticed because everything simply runs smoothly. They anticipate needs before others recognize them, solve problems quietly, and create experiences that make families, employees, and guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. Their organization and attention to detail allow school and camp leaders, faculty, and presenters to focus on engaging with people rather than managing logistics.
