Admission Specialist - Grades 3-6, SEVIS

Job Summary:

Lake Highland seeks an Admission Specialist to serve as a primary ambassador, guiding prospective families through the admission process and fostering meaningful connections with students and parents interested in joining the school community. This role supports all aspects of student recruitment, admission, enrollment, and retention for Grades 3–6, while collaborating with colleagues to advance enrollment goals and provide support across all grade levels. Additionally, this role serves as the Designated School Official (DSO) for all enrolled and prospective international students.

This is a full-time, fully benefited, 12-month, non-exempt position. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of four years of related professional experience required. 
• Previous experience working with programs such as Finalsite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities (pref. Spanish) preferred.
