Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons using project-based, hands-on, and differentiated instructional strategies.
  
  
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles.
  
  
• Monitor and assess student progress; maintain accurate records and communicate with families.
  
  
• Adapt instruction to meet individual student needs, including small-group and individualized support.
  
  
• Implement the school’s social and community-based curriculum.
  
  
• Collaborate with faculty, counselors, and administrators to support student success.
  
  
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and school events.
  
  
• Support extracurricular activities, clubs, and student programs as needed.
  
  
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  
  
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience preferred.
  
  
• Special Education background or experience with diverse learners strongly preferred.
  
  
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Ability to differentiate instruction for varying learning needs.
  
  
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, learning management systems, and classroom technology.
  
  

Schedule:

Mondays-Fridays 7:45am-3:45pm
