Overview
Serve as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors while supporting daily school operations with professionalism, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset.
Time: 7:30am-3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors
Manage multi-line phones, announcements, and visitor check-ins
Maintain a professional front office and reception area
Track student sign-in/sign-out and attendance documentation
Monitor and order office supplies
Support administrative tasks, calendars, and weekly reports
Respond to calls, emails, and messages within 24 business hours
Communicate consistently with school leadership in alignment with mission and values
Qualifications & Skills
Associate’s degree and 1–3 years of administrative or receptionist experience preferred
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and student information systems
Customer-service focused with a positive, professional demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
