Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time

Mill Springs Academy is a K-12 independent school dedicated to serving neurodivergent learners, including students with learning differences, ADHD, autism spectrum profiles, and language-based challenges.

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our supportive, collaborative team in a hybrid role that blends on-campus services with flexible remote opportunities.

Salary range: $64,000-$72,000 annually

Position Highlights:

• Trained parapros will assist with facilitating remote sessions

• Work with students across elementary, middle, and high school

• Provide speech and language therapy focused on communication, social-pragmatic skills, and academic success

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary support staff

• Support students in a school environment designed specifically for neurodivergent learning needs
  
  

Location: Remote and Mill Springs Academy, Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Hybrid (two days on-campus and three remote days)
Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Georgia licensure (or eligibility)

• Experience with school-aged students preferred

• Passion for working with neurodiverse populations
